Overview
Mkomazi National Park is one of Tanzania’s most underrated wilderness destinations, located in the northeastern part of the country along the border with Kenya’s Tsavo West National Park. Covering approximately 3,245 km², the park forms part of a vital transboundary ecosystem.
With sweeping savannahs, acacia woodlands, and views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the Pare Mountains, Mkomazi offers a raw, uncrowded safari experience far from the busy northern circuit.
