Start by contacting Jamvini Adventures with your travel plans, preferred dates, and interests. Whether you’re dreaming of the vast plains of Serengeti National Park or the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, our team will help you shape the perfect itinerary.

2. Tailored Itinerary & Quotation

Based on your preferences, Jamvini Adventures will create a customized safari proposal including:

• A detailed day-by-day itinerary
• Accommodation options (budget to luxury)
• Clear pricing with inclusions

We’ll refine everything with you until it matches your vision perfectly.

3. Confirm Your Booking

To secure your safari with Jamvini Adventures:

• A 30% deposit is required
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card

Once confirmed, we immediately secure your lodges, permits, and services.

4. Final Payment

• The remaining 70% balance is due 30 days before arrival
• For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required

5. Pre-Travel Support

Before your trip, Jamvini Adventures will provide:

• A detailed packing guide
• Travel tips and visa guidance
• Final confirmation and safari briefing

6. Arrival & Safari Experience

Upon arrival, our team will welcome you and begin your journey through Tanzania’s most iconic destinations with a professional guide, ensuring a smooth and unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Terms & Conditions

Payments

Jamvini Adventures requires:

• 30% deposit to confirm your booking
• 70% balance payable 30 days before arrival

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (USD).

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, the following cancellation terms apply:

• 60–45 days before arrival: 25% of total cost
• 45–30 days: 50% of total cost
• 30–15 days: 75% of total cost
• Less than 15 days or no-show: 100% of total cost

Where possible, Jamvini Adventures may offer a credit note for future travel.

Amendments & Changes

Jamvini Adventures understands that plans can evolve:

• Changes are subject to availability
• Additional costs may apply
• We will always do our best to accommodate your requests

Travel Insurance

All guests traveling with Jamvini Adventures are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation
• Emergency evacuation

Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority:

• Please follow all instructions from your guide and lodge staff
• Inform Jamvini Adventures of any medical conditions in advance
• Ensure required vaccinations are up to date

Accommodation & Itinerary Adjustments

In rare circumstances, Jamvini Adventures may:

• Substitute accommodations with similar or higher standards
• Adjust itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or park regulations

Liability

Jamvini Adventures acts as a tour operator and cannot be held responsible for:

• Delays or disruptions beyond our control (e.g., flights, weather)
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Illness or injury during travel

Children & Family Travel

Families are welcome with Jamvini Adventures:

• Children must be supervised at all times
• Some lodges may have age restrictions

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise
• Prices may be adjusted due to changes in park fees or government taxes
• Once your booking is confirmed, your price is guaranteed

Force Majeure

Jamvini Adventures is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Natural disasters
• Political events
• Travel restrictions or pandemics
